At Threepwood Fayre, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted confectionery and artisan food products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges where:

  • A customer has ordered the incorrect item
  • A customer changes their mind
  • A customer does not personally enjoy the product

This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our food products.
