·       All products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, shape or presentation.

We reserve the right to amend product information at any time without notice.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

An order is not legally binding until it has been accepted and dispatched by us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.

 

6. Allergens and Cross-Contamination

Our products are produced in a facility that handles allergens.

Full ingredient and allergen information is provided on product pages.

While every reasonable precaution is taken to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information prior to purchase.

We shall not accept liability for allergic reactions where allergen information has been clearly provided.

 

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
