At Threepwood Fayre Ltd, we aim to prepare and dispatch all orders promptly while maintaining the quality and care our products require.

Dispatch Times

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 3 working days, and often sooner where possible.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.

We do not dispatch at weekends, as there are no courier collections and this helps prevent parcels being held in delivery depots over the weekend.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Services

We offer the following delivery options at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

Royal Mail delivery times are delivery aims rather than guarantees and begin once the parcel enters the Royal Mail network.

Customers may choose their preferred delivery speed at checkout.

On occasion, we may use FedEx or another courier service where necessary to ensure reliable delivery.

Cheese Deliveries

All cheese products are sent using a 24-hour courier service only to maintain appropriate transit conditions.

For this reason, slower delivery options are not available for cheese orders.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our confectionery products may be affected by high temperatures.

During periods of extreme heat, we may take additional steps to protect product quality, including:

  • Temporarily removing slower shipping options

  • Dispatching express services only

  • Delaying dispatch until suitable conditions return

While we take reasonable care with packaging, we cannot control environmental conditions once a parcel is in transit.

If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition due to heat, please contact us and we will review the matter fairly.

Delivery Areas

We ship to:

  • Mainland United Kingdom

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands are sent via Royal Mail at no additional charge.
Delivery times to these areas may be longer than standard delivery aims.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated using a weight-based system and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delays and Missing Parcels

Royal Mail Tracked services provide estimated delivery times, however delays can occasionally occur.

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us via our Contact page.

We will investigate with the courier and handle each situation individually. We are committed to working fairly and reasonably with our customers to achieve the most appropriate outcome.

Safe Place Deliveries

If you request that your parcel be left in a safe place or outside your property, this is done at your own discretion.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after being left unattended or exposed to weather conditions.

Customers may leave delivery instructions at checkout, and we will pass these to the courier where possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
